Does Forever Embryo™ replace cryostorage?
NO. It does not replace cryostorage. Forever Embryo™ only preserves the embryo's DNA. Forever Embryo™ DNA time capsule is only an alternative to discarding embryos.
Are there any other possible uses for an embryo's DNA?
Perserving DNA in time-capsules from the living or deceased is not a new concept.
Please visit this site to learn more about possible reasons to store DNA.
How many embryos can I have in my time capsule?
Up to 15 embryos may be stored in a single ForeverEmbryo™ time-capsule. All of the embryo's DNA will be placed on the same slide and then placed into a single capsule.
Will my embryo DNA look different than the picture?
Every embryo is unique and each embryo appears differently because of it. Each DNA nuclei also reacts to the fixation and staining differently so your embryo DNA may differ from the picture on the website.
Do you have a return/refund policy?
On some rare occasions we will not be able to preserve your embryo's DNA due to technical problems or issues with handling. We will provide full refund without any additional effort on your part in the case that not a single embryo DNA is preserved or visible in the time-capsule. This is the only circumstance where we can provide a refund.
What is the cost?
The price of a Forever Embryo™ DNA time-capsule is $550.
